Hi Richard,
Well, we just found out last week that the '04 Hummer with Nav has different software in the radio than other GMs.. causing our PIOGM1V2 to not operated correctly.

But... We have already made the engineering changes and will begin shipping the PIOGM1V3 next week (12/18/03). We can exchange your V2 version for the new piece.

We apologize for the problem. GM tries their hardest to keep us out of their radios!
