The G35's don't let you change the NAV stuff when you're in motion, but there's a simple fix for the G35's so maybe you could figure it out for the H2 with this info:
There's something called a VSS in the glovebox (where the DVD NAV drive is). On the harness there are two wires, you cut those 2 wires and connect them to a SPST (single pole single throw) switch. When you want normal operation just leave the switch in the "on" position. If you need to enter a destination while moving, you flip the switch off, now the NAV thinks that you are not moving, it might loose you a little on the map, but you can enter the destination and then flip the switch to the on position. Here is the exact publication from freshalloy.com for the G35 to give you an idea on how to do it
It's easy. Take off teh glove box, then find the 3 multiwire plugs that plug into the back of the DVD Rom. Remove the one farthest toward the passenger side. It will have a white/Green wire there. Cut that wire and put some wire on each end of the cut wire. Run thes 2 new wires to a switch. When you want to program while driving, just flip the switch, program away, then flip the switch back. While the switch is off, it will lose you position on the road, since the car will think you are no longer moving, but as soon as you turn it back on it will find you again right away.

I used the switch that was already in the glove box (coupe only I think) the switch that turns off the trunk switch. I mean, why would I ever want to turn off the trunk switch, I will never have my car valeted, and that is the only reason it is there. So mine still looks totally factory, and the switch is factory and hidden in the glove box.
