Great setup. Did you change the head unit or still have the stock ones? I was told to replace the head unit if I am installing amps for better sound quality.

I still have the stock head unit and the sound is as good as other systems that i have done with new head units. It really depends on the quality of product that you use also. The box is also 100% removable which helps too

Very clean setup! I'm looking to do the same thing to mine, but I'm leaning towards the JL Stealthbox, as I need all of the space I can get.

Anyway, very nice!

Beautiful! I am particularly interested of your satellite display -- can you not swap the on-star with the satellite display?

Swaping the on star display may not be a bad idea I did not think of that? It is still very functional where it is.

White Beast is right! Park it outside so I can break into it and steal that most excellent sub box.
By the way, how do you like the "type R's"?

GOT DIRT? What a misnomer.
Should be GOT WHITE GLOVES?
Oh well, at least he's smart enough to use MBQuart speakers.

GOT,
Did you run the XM though an FM modulator, and if so, how does it sound?

I guess I did but mine is cut in and you surfaced mounted oops.

DRTY I did use an FM modulator and it seems to be fine and the white gloves will be black very soon. I am sure a direct connect would be better but the PGO thing is horrible

Albie with the MB Quart Premium front and rear speakers,Kenwood satellite reciever,Kenwood EQ,the cap,JL 500/1,JL 300/4,the box and all wiring it was about $3000. If you plan on being in the NY area let me know we can hook up with a bunch of people, white beast is always into hanging out. The sound is really good and the best part is the box is 2 pieces and 4 binding posts and comes right out.
