1. While my monsoon stereo is awesome, the car suffers from excessive vibration from the doors and rear woofer. The woofer is actually being replaced under warranty, but the doors still vibrate. Anybody else suffer from this problem?

2. Gas mileage doesn't seem so hot...

that is all...

1. Haven't noticed any vibrational problem with the doors. Is it a rattle?
2. Gas mileage has gradually been improving as I approach 6,000 miles with Mobil One now in the crankcase to around 16.7 combined with highway/stop and go about 50/50. This is a 4,700 pound vehicle, and I've found wind resistance over 60 mph is formidable around the front end and windshield (when you roll down the window you can definitely hear it), 60ish seems to be a good highway economy speed. If you do a lot of offroad, I've gotten as low as 12 using low range for a bit.

I can certainly live with that kind of mileage.

Yes the speakers or surrounding doors seem to rattle. I listen to my music loud, usually on the rock setting, and the whole interior seems to rattle quite a bit...

When max base, push against the door panels to find out where they are vibrating, then remove the door panel and place some stiff foam behind that area and do it again.
Took me about five times (for each door) with a Corvette to stop vibrations in the doors, due to the Bose reverse cone woofer in the doors.
A dealer can do the same thing, but knowing dealers like I do, I would prefer to do the same thing myself.

I've also found that the bass level on most of the settings is too prominant in the mix, try backing off the bass a notch or two and the vibration may subside...and you might enjoyt your music more....

No problems here. I crank the music quite loud and it's crisp and clean. I listen most often on the "custom" setting.
