As I am getting closer to getting my H3, I wonder what ownership of it will do to my desire to have an H2... I predict that H3 owners may eventually wish they had an H2 and more will be willing to buy used H2s in the future, thus driving up the price of used H2s.

I have been wondering about H2 resale prices after the H3 hits the market too. I am thinking it might go the other way though. I think there are a lot of people who would like to get a Hummer but just can't afford it until now. Now the 03s are at a price more can afford but will they buy used rather than getting a new H3 for the same money. Personally, I am torn between taking delivery of my H3 and getting an 03 H2. Hope the H2 holds their value though.

Since you mention nothing else it looks like you are torn between the H2 and H3 based on future value. Despite all the KBB, NADA, blah blah blah guides, true value is subjective. Nearly no car holds its value and think of the drop in market value any car, not just Hummers, takes in the first two years. Make it a great day...get what you want!

Waiting to see the H3 but really love the H2. One big drawback for me on the H2 is the gas mileage. There are always sacrifices aren't there? Whenever I am at the dealership they try to get me into an 03. I agree, in the end, you have get what you really want.
