Question Extra 'click' in steering wheel when turning ...

I've gone back to the dealer twice on this one and they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. For example, when I am making a turn to the left and I have to turn the streering wheel a bit more, I can 'feel' a click in the steering wheel itself. It's like there is a one inch space for the steering wheel to turn, but it takes it another quarter inch. Like a notch. Difficult to explain and only the driver can experience it. Does anyone know what I mean? It's at the dealer now for that 'possible' problem, but I have a feeling I'll be getting it back the same with the invoice saying they 'lubed it'. I don't want this to turn into a major problem dowline. Has anyone felt this in their steering wheel? Help! Going back to the dealer in the morning to pick it up.
Thanks!
