I was outside polishing my 06 H2 when my spousal unit came out to tell me our best friends 04 Blk H2 was stolen from the USC parking lot today. The creeps disconnected On-Star, so they cannot track it. Why can't people leave other peoples stuff alone?

2006 H2 Lux SUV, Slate Blue, 20" Lexani's w/Toyo's.

That sucks for your friend. Since it's CA, some yahoo enviro-wackos probably stole it for a sacrifice.

Sorry to say this, but if they disconnected the Onstar then your friend will never see that H2 again. It's on it's way to Mexico or it was chopped within 1 hour of theft.

I believe you are right. He had it blinged out, satellite, monitors, etc. He is an ex-NFL guy who owns Air 7 - he trains quarterbacks. He already found out that the insurance company will make him wait 3 weeks before they pay. His wife wants a new one.

If he is an ex-NFL guy like you said, it's no wonder his Hummer was stolen. As per the norm with former/current NFL/NBA players, he most likely had every chrome option available stuck to his truck. He deserved to have that truck stolen from him. Especially if he didn't have an auxilliary alarm.

I have more money than this coach boy you're talking about and I've chosen NOT to put that eye candy, waste of money, Chinese made junk on my truck. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I don't believe anyone should have their personal property stolen or vandalized, regardless of what mods they put on their car/truck/Hummer - be it a winch or chrome. It's just wrong. I myself had my H2 keyed in the first 2 weeks of owning it. JMO
