Question about new Hummer purchase and the dealers?

First of all sorry if I go through very obvious issues here and thanks to those who are willing to take the time and give me the advice. I'm planning to purchase a 2006 H2 pretty soon as they come out later this year and ship it to Finland. I have lived in states for 2 years but never really dealt with auto dealers. I'd like to get some advice on how I get most off the price naturally, but also how to I deal with the dealer once in the bidding. I did talk to Ken a while ago and he said that if the total MSRP is around $57k I should be able to negotiate the price down to about $50k. Can you provide little experience based info is this valid around the country? I have listed below the set up that I would be looking at...

btw, does anybody know how much dealers are asking for the performance exhaust upgrade these days?
