I'm a big car buff like everyone here I'm sure. I'm having a get together at my home here this coming Saturday Sept 3rd. It's going to be kinda like a car show and music ordeal. I'm having friends come over with their cars ( i.e. Viper's, Supra's, 300zx's, etc ). I have a 94 Supra and a 91 300zx, both turbo model's. So it's kinda a meet and greet for people around here to talk and look over cars. I love the H2 and plan on trading my 02 4x4 Expedition in on one. I would like to know if any local Hummer guys ( or girls ) would like to come by that day?

I also have a few Portland local rock bands ( friends of mine as well ) coming to jam some. I have a full on concert set up in my garage with multi track lightening and even a fog system, lol. Yes, my neighbors will be going if any of you where wondering, lol. So if any of you don't have plans that day, it starts around 3:30pm or so. We have the food and drinks here already. Shoot me an email if your interested. Where most all Executives or Professorial's of some kind here too.

ZBlacktt@aol.com

Thanks for your time. Oh and that Saturday happens to be my 36th B-day, but that's no biggie

Take care,
Jerry

I'm in Vancouver near I-205 and Mil Plain.

Is there just a NW forum here or at another site where maybe I can direct the post to the people of the area?

Jerry, I live to far away to attend, but wanted to personally thank you for the invite. Cars, food, music, can't be all that bad. A moment of silence or some donations or something might be in order given recent events.

Have fun and happy Bday.

Zblacktt when your in the market for your H2 drop on by Vic Alfonso and ask for Scott Green,I will take care of all your Hummer needs. We have four 05's left and a good selection of 06's both SUV and SUT. Also they just added the 06 H2 to the Gm employee pricing. That will be offered until the end of Sept.

Have a great party!

Scott

Plus you have to met with Myron before noon, or you might interupt his afternoon nap. Gotta love the old guys!

Here's some picture's of the get together.

Even my good buddy showed up in the Swift truck, lol.

The Saleen ( car #41 ) was owned by a girl. She even came back later that night to drink after she took the car home.
She had her 17 year daughter drive her, lol.

The car I waited on during the day. My next dream car ( in Black ).

It was nice to see Z06's next to Viper's, next to Supra's, next to Z32's, etc.

Drool    Motor so clean, it didn't even look used.

Total package Cobra, 315 goodyears on the back, 550rwhp, very clean.

Sharp set up on the Nos Purge, it shoots out of the Cobra's mouth there on the front.

Another friend came by in the M5. Car needed a wash, but he just came back from a road trip.
Guy, just put on order a 2006 Viper with the new body style. I'll post picture's when it comes.

I'll admit, when I see them wheeling in speaker cabinets with 18" woofers. I was thinking.
How loud is this going to be, lol. :headbang:

Check out the Light saber on the front of my buddies truck, :lolg:

My two daughters first concert, lol. They where in awe from seeing something like this. More so in their house.

Update:

Update:

It starts at 3:30 and you can leave whenever you're ready. I'm going to put the 3 Viper's and a 05 Mercedes CLK 500 with the AMG package that just got here this Monday and the 00 Modena ( moded ) in the driveway.

Just added:

02 Z06 Corvette with the chrome rim package

98 M3 BMW lowered and moded, rims, etc.

04 Mustang Cobra

01 Porsche Boxter

Other that are set to be here:

4 Turbo Supra's ( two 800hp )

3 Z32 300zx's ( one over 500hp )

04 Lexus 330 with chrome rim, nav system package

Two of the guys from the NW Shelby Cobra club said they are going to try and make it as well.

I'll be at PIR Friday night getting more cars. So there will be more.

Jerry

edit just added:

3 Mitsu EVO's ( two over 400hp )

05 Saleen car #41 ( Black with chrome tim package)

You don't like Hummers. You're a Saturn lover.
Besides, ALL Hummer sales in PDX go through Myron.

So it's more than likely, I'm going to have to go out and find the Hummer's and invite them to get some to show, lol? Meanwhile the list of nice sports cars is growing.

Thanks Scott. I was wondering if anyone even used this forum from here, lol. I see Hummer's everywhere around here, yet no one has spoke up until now. Thanks for the heads up. What's the difference from the 05's and 06's and I'll want Black ( like all my cars ).

Congrats on your 36 as well. My wife turned 36 back this past April, lol. I tease her all the time. Anyway, thanks about the up coming party. I think it would be easier if I just drove out and found the Hummer's myself, lol. For this get together. I did drive and work on them daily for 8 years and 6 different countries in the Marines. So I'm more than experienced with the trucks.

Wish I would have seen this before I went to lunch with your boss today.
