NJ H2 has a little shameless behaviour in the past

I just checked with OnStar and there is an upgrade available for the 2004 H2's (with analog OnStar)to convert to Digital OnStar. According to OnStar unless you upgrade by 12/2007 anyone with analog will be disconnected!
Your dealership can do the upgrade at a cost of $540.00!
They should do this for free since all 2004's should have had this!

Yea i talked to OnStar about this because I wanted to get the handsfree cell phone crap working with the Verizon plan I think it is. They told be that it would be a free upgrade if I purchased 3 years worth of OnStar up front. Not really worth it to me.

Just for the record, I know some people have had trouble with the voice commands on the H2's built-in phone. Let me say that it, and my OnStar, have always worked perfectly.

I have a 2005 with the onstar and the voice commands work great for me. But i woudl have liked if the equiptment was bluetooth so it would also work with my verizon cell phone ( cause i get calls on that mobile number).
IMHO it woudl also make ONstar more useable.

There was some upgrade they did awhile back, which was required to use the Onstar phone service (something they did while I was connected to their techs via phone).

For my '03, no problem with voice commands.
