Default brakes locking on sharp turns

Back at it again. H2 2005, turning into parking spaces on high traction surfaces brakes are locking tight. It doesn't seem to brake on straight runs. They will release when you put it in nuetral. Set truck up on blocks to test if 4wd is locked but it isn't. thought it might be abs/traction control system but after pulling fuse the front wheels still brake on hard turn. I have replaced hydra booster twice thinking I might have gotten a bad reman. I have replaced power steering pump but no change. I don't think the wheel speed sensors are the problem either, when those are unplugged I still get the braking action when turning tight turn. When the steering wheel is turned tight right or left when I hear the pump labor is when the braking happens. I'm left thinking its the brake master cylinder doesn't adjust for the increase pressure caused by the hydra booster and steering pump, and this applies pressure in the break system. What am I missing?

When testing today I discovered rear diff seams locked. tight turn right and inside wheel spining. If diff is free when turning the inside wheel should turn slower than outside wheel. When jacked up the rear wheels turn in opposite directions, I thought that is right. Is the E locker engaging by its self, or stuck on?

Yes, changed fluids, changed brake hydra booster, changed power steering pump, changed fluid in brake system, changed cv shafts. Today I noticed fluid leaking out of front diff, and noticed inner shaft was sticking out about an inch. O took that apart and retaining ring was broke. I thought that must finally be the problem but put back together and it felt good at first then after a short test drive it started grabbing when turning sharply. So I have replaced about everthing except the traction control module and wheel sensors. Anybody got any ideas?

Starkey, from what you describe it certainly sounds like you are locked in 4Hi. In tight turns on say a rough surface the truck will certainly grab and feel like the breaks are being applied.

Put it in 4LO and drive in reverse for several feet. Then disengage and go back to normal drive mode. See if that helps. Might need to try this a few times in both 4Hi and 4Lo.
