I just bought "MisterEd's" Line-X sprayed skidplate, and I must say it looks great and that coating is impenetrable. I'd like to get the front and rear bumpers done as well. I know someone (or several) on here has/have done it-- any pictures or impressions? Since my Gobi rack is starting to rust already (and has many marks on it), maybe Line-X would be perfect on it as well!

socrates, my buddy who ownes line-x franchise, just sprayed basically everything but the painted parts on a cust's h2, he said it worked out great, only down side on the rack may be the wieght added by the line-x as im sure you know that stuff gets pretty heavy, im not sure if it would make a difference, but just a thought

Was just thinking about doing my grill as well and wondered if the line-x would stick okay to the "chrome"...
Glad to hear it works... It's a super product!!

Hmmm, not bad. I do like the shine of my black grill sometimes, but the Line-X does look great in its own way, and I wouldn't have to worry about rock chips. I'm definitely considering getting the front and rear bumpers done as well.
