I think you are talking about the "Center Bezel"

Buy it online at a place like GMpartsdirect and you'll pay a lot less than most dealers...

This doesn't sound good. One thread on how to take it apart, and now a thread on where to get a replacement? What did you break?

Anyways, you might luck up and catch one on ebay also, as I have seen several for sale on there before. Good Luck!

If you just need the foam, what about some self-adhesive weather strip foam from Home Depot?

thanks for all the info... i just got my new hummer .. i got it used it only has 4000 miles on it..and i love it... but the guy before me had a back up camera with he didnt like so he removed it for some reason... and their is a small hole that they drilled in the center benzel..not sure why? its real small but it kinda bothers me.. so i thought i could just replace that part but the part is 153.00 so im thinkin about it...also the little foam part between the center benzel and shifter was alittle ripped up .. so i was wondering if could replace it or if i need it .. what dose it do excatly just keep the 2 parts from rubbing? thanks

The foam gets ripped while INSTALL guys lift up the center console to place wires etc. They foam gets ripped on the lighter and aux caps if they aren't careful. I don't think there is a PART #, as you can just buy this foam at Home Depot or whatever to fix

It'll prevent the two parts from rubbing together and squeeking.

not an easy install either. you'll have to remove the entire armrest to get to two screws that the armrest covers up. just an fyi.

Check with Dragon in a PM. WE have an extra incase We have trouble with the restructuring of the dash on Our h2. I do not know if he is far enough along to want to part with it. It is brand new and has done nothing but set on a shelf in office. I think by this next weekend We could sell it to You and it would be at a very fair price. We are not a OEM part dealer but, on the mods etc. We use them and keep some around in case. I think from looking at progress Dragon may feel like letting it go soon. I will post everything in classifieds soon. But, We will have allot of custom parts and OEM parts to sell from the Mall Queen. Just as and example anyone need a full middle bench seat. It is being removed Monday if they did not do it this weekend. Not a scratch just like new. It is crazy most likely that a middle bench would be for sale but, We have gone to 4 captains and are going to custom make the rear double seat a little later as We will not need it at Indy plus it will bea slow project as it has to ft netweenn 2 12" subs on each side that Dragn and he guys mad sub holders out of the factory wheel well cover in the back and We are working to get a company to take the prototype We built and see if the can producce it in a plastic for various size subs and sell them along with a full A/V kit if someone wanted it.. There will be things like that. Posibly a chrome billet fuel door and maybe a brand new rear license plate unit that We do not know if We will need yet. But, I'll list everything on forum later once We are complete which we hope will be 3/20/06 to go back over and have time to see if anything is missing before We haul it to the contest. If You are looking for something PM Me or Dragon and We will check and see if it is available. You would think We turned into a H2 parts dealer We have so much of my stuff off and new stuff setting around that We decided not to use. Dragon let's parts build a little and then He boxes it up and ask me could i take it home they are running out of room. He is being honest with 4 or 5 in the shop 7 or 8 waiting on the board to get it in and that reminds me if you have other rides that you could use parts for, check and see if We have it. Customers get new stuff installed and just want us to through it away. We save it. So check.

Rear sub enclosures in the wheel well, any idea when that might be in production? Pictures of that project once it is completed please.

This would really save me a lot of time trying to custom fabricate a fiberglass enclosure myself!

Most all info requests for custom made Sub inclosures etc. I would suggest You PM Dragon. He is the specialist in that area. I just think up stuff and drive Him and shop Boss nuts to try and design it and make it work.
WE have allot of one of H2 stuff that We will find soemone to produce on a larger scale to get cost down.
In fact We hope to get Claydog invovled at some point but, We are not far enough along to waste His time. He has many higher profile jobs He deals with but, hopefully will work later as will a buddy he has. They are good people.
We also have allot of new and used like new parts in shelves that could and will most likley end up for sale if You want to PM TAZ and if I have forgotten I can ask Draggon if We have it around sill. But, really We keep it in a TAZ spot in a office.
