Went out with 3 jeeps today to do some snow wheeling . Snow is still pretty thin here in Northern Mi .

Wonder when i get my " Jeep rescue " sticker

pulling out a broken stuck jeep . He is a freind of mine by the way .

I would have liked to finish this hill as no one had made it over the top . nasty little off camber wanted to eat my mirror . when the mirror was against the bank i surrender 30 ' from the top .

One of our hill climbs we did comcour . The locked jeep was broke by then and the H3 was breaking trail in the snow .

Another shot of the hill that stopped us from the back side

the 3 survivors at days end

a little bravado face off

My own commercial .

Shot like a pro (photographer)! Great pics. I wish I was out there instead of at work today.

I would love to do some 4 wheeling in the snow but we have not had any here in Texas this year. Its been a very mild winter for us. Do you have 32 or 33 inch tires on your H3 ?

Great pictures, thanks for posting. Good looking H3, and the red Jeep is pretty nice looking too. I can't really find it in my heart to bash Jeeps too much. Like many others here, I'm a former Jeep owner X 3 and still love them. I thought about buying another before I decided on the H3.

Out of my curiosity, what 4wd setting did you have it in to get up the hill?

I found the low range to low for sand or snow wheeling , it requires more wheel speed .

We did try some low range with the locker on and found we were better off in high lock for the days wheeling .

Rock crawling is the only place i see the low range and locker helping . I am seeking the cure for the locker to over ride this system . High range with locker engaged would be optimum i think .

This is done in the Rubicon and can be done with the H3 too im sure .

Great pics grandman.

Hey, I'd fold that mirror in next time and put some chains on. I've been wheeling a zillion times in muck like that, chains are like velcro compared to toughing it out with those tires. Looks like you had a blast. What did the jeepers think of the H3?

The jeepers are friends , i have not really ran into any negative attitude towards the H3 from jeepers .

Chains , bah kills the challenge

Yes i should have tucked the mirror in
