Which computer programmer works the best?

I want to install some new programming. Based on a post by another member, I've been talking to Allen Nelson from Nelson Performance so far about having the PCM flashed.

Does anyone have any other suggestions, I was originally thinking about using Hypertech but anyone try anything else?
