I brought my truck in for the usual oil change and service and when I go to pick up my truck they try to tell me that I have damaged some of the protection under the truck up into the exhaust and they would replace it next time so on that note I asked to see the damage and they would not show me. I drive away from the dealer to hear some weird noises ive never heard before almost like a grinding. I went to another mechanic to find out that they had to of done the damage. I will be going back to Sun Hummer with a mechanic to tell them they will be fixing it. I have had many problems with this dealer and am thinking about filling a claim. Has anybody else had problems like this? Its sad that you bring I bring my truck in for service and them mess it up and blame it on me. Looking foward to see what they do about it.

I've had good luck with my Hummer dealer, but my husband's Acura rep reeks of stink.

The dealer bent mine back for free. The first dealer tried to stick me for new protection underneath (clowns).

WhiteBitch = lots of mouth and NO brain.

WhiteBitch, you never finished the story. So did you bring your daddy down there to kick their asses or threaten to sue them?
