Don't recall for sure but I believe the lowest rate package you can get for OnStar is around $16 a month.

yeah not too sure on how much their plan is, but you can check out onstar.com.... they also sold me an extra 100 minutes on the phone for 19.99, real expensive but a lot of fun to call people from the car

The thieves are getting wise to Onstar, and are starting to pull the Onstar fuse; deactivating the system.
LoJack vehicles are unmarked (no Onstar Antenna or mirror) and the transmitter is hidden.

Wannabee, was that 100 minutes for $19.99 thru onstar. Their website shows $39.99 for the 100  minutes.

When you signed on with Onstar, they offered the 100 mles for a special of $19.99. I took it and they billed me the full amount. When they corrected it, they gave me an additional 100 free minutes. So, check it out when yours comes in.
