Default Dear Professionals & Biz Owners

I have made it past the first and now move forward to a second interview for a possiable new job. Without going into the job persay I would like your input and sugestions on questions to ask the new employer. Hot buttons that casue you to not hire a certian person and general comment.

Katie Couric made sure to get a fresh Brazilian wax job and new comfortable knee pads for her interview here. Worked for her. That and she's got the Western Side Saddle hand technique down pretty good.

Don't say a thing... just bat your eyelashes, show some leg, some cleavage and it's practically guaranteed.

First make sure you brush up on your spelling...

Second make sure your shoes are in good condition and are SHINED...

It is considered SAFE to ask questions about promotion possibilities, employer contribution towards education, annual reviews...

Wait until after the second interview to ask about salary, bonus, vacation, company car, etc

Wait until after your hired to ask about dress code, parking spots, hookersand all the rest...

It's only rated for 600lbs so legally I can't endorse doing that.

some people swear by a battery of tests for new hires, others just wing it so to speak.

being a business owner, I pretty much just go with my gut feeling on a person that I am hiring and most importantly if they fit into the culture of my company. I've had to get rid of a few rotten eggs in the past that I 'inherited' when i bought out a couple of agencies.

I think most people on the employer side would just appreciate you being yourself, being genuine and asking intelligent questions.

No way! I don't have pubes growing off my chest. That's so 70s.

Must be tough going from 22 years of talking into a disconnected mic in front of the dresser mirror all the way to grill cook assistant at Sally's Diner. They'll start wondering why all the Cool Whip is mysteriously vanishing and your nipples are travelling closer and closer to the grill with each passing week.

But joking aside, good luck. I'm sure you'll do fine.

The first "hot button" is bad oral and written communication skills. Make sure you don't write anything down for him because your spelling is painful to look at.

And WTH?...... Weren't you just bashing Dennis, suggesting that he couldn't afford and H3? That seems kind of funny coming from an unemployed guy.

Got me crossed I'm sure he has more money then i will ever see. I'm sorry I don't take the time to correct my posts but thats me so what can i say.
If spelling was attached to income I would be living in a cardboard box.
Are you a boss man or a worker bee? come on how about some real input.
