Default H2 OEM Off Road Lights

I'm in the process of blacking out my '05 H2, so to replace my chrome brush guard I recently scored a black OEM brush guard on Craig's List which came with the 2 OEM Hummer off road lights. I know these are not PIAA's (they're BOSCH), but what the he11, they're freebies so I might as well hook 'em up. Unfortunately my H2 did not come factory equipped with OEM off road lights, so I will (most likely) have to rig my own wiring and switch. But I'm wondering if it's possible that the H2's were pre-wired at the assembly plant with the wiring harness in place that could be used for the off road lights in case a customer wanted an upgrade at their dealership? It's these 2 unused plugs that are located next to the horn behind the passenger side headlights that makes think this may be possible (see the pix).

So my questions are:

1] Does anyone know what these 2 unused plugs are for (the bottom pic)?
2] Can anyone tell me where I can find plugs to fit the OEM off road lights?
3] Do these lights pull enough amperage to require a relay?

Thanks in advance for your help!
