Won't start
2003 H2 0n 1/5/09; Started by going to radio shop to fix a few things. They replaced a fuse which got the obd port to start functioning. I had hooked up my superchips programmer a few times and no display. After replacement of fuse I hooked it up and the display came on. Drove around and while I had some down time I hooked up the programmer and it started to do it's thing...it never completed programming as it displayed "error in communications". I did notice that on the h2 display "unknown driver" then "driver 1" would come up. Tried a couple more times, but same result. When we needed to go home ...turned the key and nothing, no noise...tried to jump with jumper and vehicle and nothing. Lights brights, chimes loud, all seems great, ready to go...nothing. Got towed home, help.

Re: Won't start
It sounds like the superchips programmer has trashed the ECM firmware/software. If that's the case your going to have to get towed to a dealership and have the ECM re-flashed/re-programmed with the factory stock tune.

Re: Won't start
After getting some feedback. I called superchips tech people and they suggested a few things and it worked. Turns out the programmer shut down my vehicle. The vehicle battery needs to be at a certain level in order for the programmer to do its thing, if not error codes comeback. I charged the battery, plugged the programmer and it started. Thank God!
