Buddy You hit that nail on the head. Your menu is the way to go but, I even like fried with cheese like a burger and mustard. Even had it grilled over coals and stewed in BBQ sauce just like beaver and racoon. Hey when You from the south and out in the country hunting or fishing all day it is great to have with crackers or just use like bologna and vienna sausages.
YUM YUM Come on Ken tell it like it is. If You have had it the best way You have had it other ways also.

Peel back the top, hold it over an open fire, fried up like bologna in an iron skillet, a little tabasco, etc. Ain't nuthin better. If you don't have anything else. That and vienna sausages.

I had enough of all that when I was younger though.
