New Grill...Old Truck
Does anybody know if the newer grill (without the HUMMER lettering) will fit on the older model trucks?
AND, if so, does anyone have one for sale?

Wondering the same thing. I saw the differences on here in a reply post, but can't find the original post.

Re: New Grill...Old Truck
From what I understand the grills are the same except for the missing lettering. I will dig around and see if I can find the info on that.

Re: New Grill...Old Truck
NOPE, They will not fit!!! I got a free newer grill (with the letters) from a buddy of mine last year to put on my 06 H2 and the clips didnt match, you can rig it up and make it happen but there are 3 clips on both older and newer model grills that hold them in place, but the newer ones are further apart not allowing it to go in right with the older pattern.
so.... yeah its the same size but the clips wont align right, but you can rig it up!

Roush:
Are you talking about the main grill? Or the little grill just below it?
I think we're talking about different ones? I was originally talking about the main grill.

Re: New Grill...Old Truck
That would make sense since the mini grill clips into the big one. Too bad for me...I was trying to eliminate the front badging.
Thanks to everyone for their input on this.
