Anyone else had this problem with brake booster?

Bought an 03 last friday anyways had my mechanic look it over and he noticed that the brake leg was more rusted then usual so he got under the dash and saw that the brake booster cyclinder has brake fluid on it

Has anyone heard of these going bad in the H2's?
