Does anyone think they know the long term effects of installing a supercharger or turbo has on an engine that was not made for one. Will it void the H3 warranty.

The only people that call it a baby Hummer are the people that are haters.

Good question.

Use the find button at the top of the screen, search for turbo or supercharger.

You'll find two important things here:

1) Lots of past message traffic about both turbos and superchargers.

2) Lots of people that actually have and run these systems on their trucks.

The short answer is that you can install and use both on your truck. If the pressure settings are reasonable, and you DON'T beat the hell out of your truck at every stoplight...

You'll be fine.

Besides, if you can afford the turbo, you can afford a new engine as well... (In the worst case)

Voids warranty and drains the petty cash.

So far I don't think there are any postings of actual experiences with H3's that have been turboed or supercharged.
