...from someone at the H3 plant. He asked me about how satisfied I was with the quality and design, things like that. It was real informal, no canned questions, just asking for comments about likes and dislikes, what I would change. Anyway, towards the end, the guy tells me that he works the line at the plant and they pull a couple people off, put them on the phone for a while, and call new customers to get feedback. We chatted for a while. I think its a pretty cool program. Anybody else get a call like this? H3 Builder, is this new?

We got a call from a worker on the line asking how we like the H3. He asked if we had any problems and the only one that I could think of was the small crack in the roof plastic. He said they are working on the fix.
I think it is a nice touch. A connection between the builder and the user gives us the feeling that they care.
Best regards, Happy Jack

There was a thread about this 4-6 months ago. Several people had gotten these calls.

Those "Anonymous" phone calls are weeeeeird.
I think that is a really cool idea. Gives the builder a sense that he is building for actual people and that promotes quality work.
