Does anyone know where or even if these Power_Steps are available?

http://www.amp-research.com/oem/powerstep.htm

I've e-mailed AMP many times and I have yet to receive any response.

Yup, I have some pics and a short movie of those on an H2. This topic went around several months ago. One forum member here had them installed on his H2 as the test guinea pig. I can't seem to find the thread or recall who had it done. It was a while back.

I still have my pics & video though:

One thing to note is you do lose the rock rail which leaves you vulnerable in offroad situations.
