Hey Wannabe -
Is a Rat Terrier just another name for Jack Russell Terrier? Those guys are really cool and I'm sure that Jix will be too!
I grew up with a Wired Haired Fox Terrier and she may have only been a foot tall but no one was the boss of her! Terriers are a force unto themselves.
Congratulations again!

Thanks for all the concern over my wife. She is doing quite well (besides a cold at the moment ).
I met her because of the dog I had at the time, an English Cocker named Sienna. We've been married for some time now and Sienna unfortunately passed away at the ripe old age of 15.
After about a year and a half of waiting Ipe came to join us. She's a good pup!
Ipe is about 3-1/2 now.

I want a doggie.
Soooo cute guys.
Wannabe, Jix is so tiny, you can't really get any perspective on him in the first pic. He is a crazy
little runner- I thought he was going to run into the wall.
Very cool that he uses a litter box, that has to have it's advantages (specially in the winter).
