Lately I've been taking classes and studying to become a personal trainer and do some training on the "side."

When I was in College I was in amazing shape. I then moved to Boulder Colorado and became a nugg smokig hippie and put on a lot of weight..

Now, at 26 I'm coaching baseball again, and have been working on eating good/correctly and working out hard over the past year.....

sooooooo, my point.......

if anyone is looking for a KILLER fat burner, and energy supplement I wanted to give you some advice.....BUY "SAN TIGHT" by San industries!

In the past four months I went from 6 foot, 205 pounds and 18% Bodyfat, to 187 pounds and 10% BF....You only have to take ONE pill per day, it's cheap, and VERY effective! I have a couple friends in the "weight lifting" industry you could say that reccommended it to me and it was FANTASTIC! You still have to eat good and get some cardio in, but it definately helps speed up the fat burning process!

Its a carb/calorie blocker
It's a thermo and DEFINTATELY speeds up metob..
MY ENERGY WAS THROUGH THE ROOF WITH IT!

Just bored at work, very happy with the product, and thought I'd share for anyone looking to drop the fat at a little quicker rate!

Let me clarify all of this.

My point was, it is too bad that most cities in the US are not built to be "walker" friendly. The destinations are too far apart to make walking a viable option.

I would never move to another country. I like this one! But, I did realize that if the cities were built to accommodate people who could or like to walk, bike or otherwise travel by physical means other than use a car to get to their destinations, it would solve a lot of the over-weight issues.

That's all!

Why? Any point to that other then you are obviously clueless as to how hard I have worked and simply was sharing a product, that used in conjunction with a GOOD DIET, and PROPER EXCERCISE will shed the pounds quicker???

Or maybe I should take your other recommendation of moving to another country to become slimmer because I could walk everywhere I went......

I am not lazy, I know many Americans that work their ASSES off and dont take A THING for granted so reading this post this morning was just lame duck......

On the subject of weight loss. Though I never had to really diet except after a baby. I only eat when I am hungry. I believe that your body knows best. I don't know who came up with the 3 big meal a day thing but I think it is crap.

My theory as far as eating and stuff goes is as follows:

We are animals- whether we like it or not. We do a very good job when caring for pets etc. to feed them their natural diet. I think our culture has lost touch with our natural diet. I find it funny when they state on the news or articulate in the medical journals that a certain food is surprisingly very good for you- like tomatoes, pistacios, or bright colored vegetables. I feel that it is pretty basic, if it looks good- for example, if you saw it in the wild would you eat it?

The human diet should be what we would naturally find vibrant, fragrant, foragable and edible. Nuts, berries, fruits, above ground vegetables etc. You can't go wrong with those things. Flour- though I love french bread, is not a substance that our bipedal ancestors would have consumed. I think that keeping these things in mind when eating will maintain your health. That is just my little theory.

And I stay active- I'm kinda hyper anyway.

High energy kinda guy, eh?

Good for you, Mooncricket. I don't have too many coulda/shoulda/woulda things in my head but serious training is one of them. I started a few years ago when I was 43 and feel better today than when I was 25. Kinda wish I would have figured this out 20 years ago but then again, I had some very good times on the highway to ...

It's a whole lot easier to get fit at 25 than 45, BTW. 10% BF is pretty darned good!
