Has anyone else noticed this?
When I have my foot on the pedal I feel an occasional thumping/vibration feedback coming thru the gas pedal. I mentioned it to my dealer and they said to wait a few more months since it's a weird problem to see what if anything develops. It doesn't happen all the time and is very hard to explain. Sometimes I think it's just me, but I am feeling it more and more.
Those of you who own the H3, let me know if you feel any feedback in your gas pedal (or am I just losing my mind)?

It's not an audible sound, I am referring to the "feeling" of the pedal against my foot.
I was thinking of test driving another H3 to see if it has the same issue. It may be just the way the gas pedal linkage is designed.

I have been out of town for a week. Nothing new to report here. My H3 still has the same vibration/rattle issue.

Is it a side to side vibration or a front to back vibration?

My pedal is doing that knocking sound also.
It started doing this when I brought my hummer to the dealer to check the rattling noise in the front passenger side near the air intakes. They told me that when they were checking the rattling noise near the air intake area, they pressed the gas pedal and brake at the same time to reach 3000 rpm to replicate the rattling noise. Somehow I think pressing the gas and brake at the same time caused the pedal vibrating/knocking problem. Could this knocking sound in the pedal be caused by the brakes/rotors???? Anyone?

I have been driving a loaner H3 for 2 weeks while the dealer is trying to fix the knocking noise issue. Last week they said they cannot reproduce the noise. I assume that they still can't and are afraid to tell me.

In two months and 6,000 plus miles I haven't experienced any of that. I do drive in my boots a lot, but in sneakers on our long driving vacation I didn't notice that at all, however, the cruise control was on 75% of the time.

I get a slight vibration when slowing down to about 10 or 15 MPH, I think it is the auto having a hard time going from 2nd to 1st. I can feel it through the brake pedal and the steering wheel.

Well I now think that I can reproduce the issue. It is not related to the gas pedal. There is something loose in the the front end. When I am off-road in little bumps you can hear a clunk-clunk. And when I come off the dirt onto the road it continues and is very easy to hear just by driving around. It gets less noticeable the more you drive. But this defintely doesn't seem normal to me. If the dealer has any issues the next time I bring it in I can take the tech out for a short drive and easily reproduce the sound and feeling. So I am bringing it in for service first thing on Monday.

Last night when I went to Lowes. I drove barefooted, just to see if I could feel what you are talking about. Not a thing, zilch! Did you know it's illegal to drive barefooted in a lot of states? Crazy isn't it. The only slight vibration or buzz I get is when I stop and cut the wheels all the way, from the steering pump, at that's normal. I'd chalk it up to PFM.

Mine has vibration thur the pedal. I think my cause is the road, the vibration changes with the change in the pavement. I feel it through the pedal more than any other truck I've driven

I get the same thing. First I thought it was the stereo, but I think it is the stabilitrak system adjusting the wheels.

I also noticed today that when I turn my steering wheel at low speeds or when stopped that the wheel makes a groaning sound. Sounds like a dying animal.

I have the same problem. Thud or some type of noise. Very hard to describe. Very hard to pin point the location. Sometimes it seems to come from the steering column or from the gas pedal. It's very muffled and it doesn't happen all the time. Seems more prevalent at low speeds and maybe when turning. Even had a thought of something down in the front end but it really seems to be in the area of the steering column. I have only 300 miles on it. I don't think it's anything serious, probably some design flaw. I am going to monitor it closely. Funny that my wife doesn't even notice it. She must play the radio too loud......
We have to say though, out of all the new and used vehicles we have had in our life, this is the most awesome vehicle we have ever had!!!!
Red, Adventure Pkg, Monsoon Radio, Trailer Hitch, only 300 miles on it.

great, that is my fear. the dealer not doing anything until GM eventually finds their mistake since this is the 1st production of H3s.

Stabilitrak better not be doing anything unless it is needed such as you are starting to loose it. The system works like ABS, does not start operating unless it is required.

any updates?
my H3 does this and it pisses me off!!! it comes and goes. today it happened again and at low speeds there was also a little "clunk clunk" in the front...almost like a loose something, maybe steering system. and then the stupid gas pedal vibration. WTF?

Yeah it's a weird problem. I don't feel it all the time, however I have noticed that it seems to be the worst right after I go off-roading. When I pull out onto the street from the dirt field the feeling is the most apparent for the next 10 miles.
