I am about to have a set of orig H2 rims black powder coated here in North Texas. Can anyone suggest a good powdercoater? And can anyone give me a ballpark price on what I should be paying? Thanks in advance.

Exackery. I want them to be as durable as possible. While I am doing it for "looks", I want them to last first and foremost. Thanks for the input DRTY.

Basically this is the quote I got before for 5 rims.

$25 per rim from the powder coater x's 5.

$150 from discount tire to remove my tires and leave my truck on their rack for 2 hours while I get the rims powder coated and then put them back on the rims and balanced.

I've had two sets of stock rims p/c'd black. You need to have them bead-blasted first so the new black p/c will adhere properly. You'll also want to make sure that they're going to do both sides.

Make sure to ask the shop whick p/c will give you the finish you want(matte, semi-gloss, or glossy) and still have the durability necessary for offroading.
I used a BC-05 for my wheels.

I am all for that. I have four of the rims off (bought four new on eBay for cheap). I want to get the spare pulled to get it coated as well at the same time but that is no big deal. there is a good year store right here next to my house.

You can mail me at kyle@hardocp.com and we can move forward on this.

Maybe we could work a deal if we both get ours done at the same time?

Hey, I'm getting mine done too. I happend to know someone that has an oven though.

Don't pay more than $25 per wheel. I know someone locally that will do it for that, but you have to bring him the rims only.
