fog lite bulb pn# and how to replace ?

want to upgrade my headlite and fog lites to sylvania silver stars . the headlite pn# is h13
what is the pn# for the fog lites and how do you get in to install them ?

there is no replacement for the h13 with the silverstar, at this time. per sylvania, maybe next year.
