The video of, i forget what his name was, breaking his axel/wheels while doing the rock crawling has made it to www.collegehumor.com. Under the wonderful caption of "Your Hummer isn't as tough as it looks." Also a few months ago they had the picture of that crash in Alaska with the caption, "Next time you see an H2, give it the finger" I hate this kind of negative press personaly, and I thought you guys might want to see it.

DRTYFN,
The rock idea brings back memories. In the past I have used nickels because I always had them in my coin tray. They are just heavy enough and they fly great, furthermore, nickels suck and are no longer considered real currency so next time some twiggy armed geek flips you off give him a nickel ding he can remember. You might be lucky enough to hit him in the head

Thanks Steve; indeed, beers on me.
The only bad thing about this whole experience is that the dealer washed my truck -- after so meticulously placing mud in all the right places (basically everywhere). I was looking forward to showing up at the hummer happening this weekend with my dirty truck, shredded tires, pinstriping, hound dog and sexy second cousin in the passenger seat.
A note on your comment about only seeing 6 or so ft in front of us...I remember a maxi-mog link on this forum many moons ago with under-the-truck mounted waterproofed ccd cameras to see tire placement. Interesting.

If you want to have some fun with idiots, you could do what we did in high school...
1. Strap a couple of small PVC pipes on the roof, facing forward.
2. Run some electrical wire from the cab to the rear of each pipe.
3. Connect a momentary on button to the wire in the cab, then to 12V.
4. On the other end, wrap a single strand of copper wire around the fuse of the bottle rocket, then bridge the wire with the ends of the strand.
5. Insert the bottle rocket in the back end of the PVC pipe.
Instant Rocket Launcher!

PS, DRTY, I love the " date" on that photo... wish I were there with you...

DRTYFN,
This guy isn't even worth your time, don't bother firing it up on him. Besides, he's been toasted off the forum.

So you think that your making my life hell? The only thing that would make my life hell is being related to retard like you. Your one of those cowards who hide behind the internet. Your life is so lame you have to make fun of others to give you pleasure. The funny thing is I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY. You could talk all this crap right to my face and i could care less. I know you are just a little piss-ant that don't mean **** to me or anybody else. So go on talk all the crap you want, fill free, after all it is your God given right. Just remeber... what goes around... comes around..
Oh and if you think your dick is small.. it is

especialy considering that I am a paintball player on the national circuit, and that would just hurt the images in two of my hobbies.

h2h82,
The only reason you have such wood over the G is because Rolls Royce doesn't make an "SUV" that you could drive in around and show off your bad taste. I bet you're the kind of little sissy that drives around trying to impress people with your tiny little Ethiopian-sized arm hanging out the window with an oversized Rolex(fake) on your little girly wrist.

having just broken a tie rod, I'm not sure that a wheel gaining traction is enough to break one, it is a little under-sized for a vehicle of 6500+ lbs bouncing over boulders, but still the biggest one GM puts in their trucks. I had to slam mine pretty hard on a side slope to break it. However, I must admit that I am not as experienced as some here on the forum (you). I haven't seen the video, but I thought a rock flipped up and nailed it?

Wow, you sure ran out of steam quick. I, for one, was hoping you'd put up more of a fight than this. You make me feel like I've been teasing a little kid.

There is an elocker available for the front. This can be used without any problems with the current traction control system.
When the locker is engaged both front wheels will be moving at the same speed. So the traction control will never try to engage.
This is my understanding.

forgot to mention that I agree with your notion of front lockers being way cool. A few here have installed lockers
on their trucks. I'd love to hear a progress report?

Bring it on, Nancy-boy.

i sure can use that extra $10 so i can buy some spray paint and write how u like it up the butt all over ur brick. then again i wouldn't resort to that....i much rather stick my schlong up ur butt and spank u like the b@#ch u are. Meanwhile u can call me nancy boy all u want but, then again u will be biting the pillow that is stuffed in ur face.

I had to protect the realm.
Fun to drive as compared to what? The G is top heavy and feels unstable.

I think the last laugh belongs to the general public who were not duped by thinking a plastic lunchbox is different than a Chevy Tahoe.
