That's the one thing I forget to check out when I test drove. How is the audio compared to other cars?

In my Hummer now, Notting Hills sound track, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven's No.9, Beatles, Abba's greatest hits and some generic piano elevator love tunes(great after a tough day when I don't want to think anymore.) Lately I listen to Techno(I think that's how they call it) current day Disco music on FM, the beat keeps me young and think I think like my teenage sons. My wife listens to AM right wing talk radios and news.
Who is Barbara Steisand? Zazing. Is that the old bag in Southpark?
BTW, I have yet able to turn the volumn pass midway, I tried, but so loud!

I think it is very good. Having owned all new cars lately, it seems every new car I buy, the audio is better.
I like it. The Bose is the same as my surround in the house. Love'em both
Buy the way, just bought a new CD "The best of Disco"

Zazing...HA! Nope no sisters that I know of!
My husband laughs bc he said I was the first woman he ever bought power tools for!!!
(I was an art major in college and we girls had to learn how to use every tool in the shop during our sculpture classes. Heck I even learned to weld, pour hot bronze, build a kiln, and use a chainsaw by the end of the semester. Can you imagine 17 girls with chainsaws in the same building...scarey!!!)

I open the passenger side door or roll all the windows down. I only listen to radio while I clean the inside with windex or dusting. Only takes me 15 minutes with my fancy telescoping brush/water attachment. Also, I wash about once a week and rinse after every venture out in rain. So cleaning is usually a breeze.
If it takes longer than 15 minutes to detail the inside with a cloth then that's way too long. But I wash in one area and detail in another so maybe that's why my radio never cuts off. I never allow the fuel injector to run so I know I have not turned the switch too far while listening to music.
Don't bother turning music on with the vacuum. Can't hear it anyway. I am one mean cleaning woman when it comes to that! I get out all the attachments and all the crumbs and hair are gone!
I even whip out the Reach Toothbrush for crevices.
The H2 is super easy to clean by far. No need to bend way down to see what's hiding out under the seats. The ML was impossible to get to bc of all the levers and stuff under the back seats that folded down.

HeeHaw, you need to buy that "Flashing Mast" disco light from me, better hurry before Zazing grabs it. Motion and solar sensors, when you play the Disco CD, this thingy flashes with it.
I think the stereo is great, but some Hummer owners are spending serious money upgrading the stereo. Maybe I am too easy to please.

HUMMERGIRL, You said you listened to the radion while detailing.
How do you 1) Get rid of the door chime and 2) keep it from turning off after 15 minutes?
Tnx.

I have to agree with you Mac...the stereo is awesome in this rig.
Why are folks upgrading??? This thing has awesome base and clarity. I only wish it had more options as far as the "types" such as...
Theater, Hall, Cathedral, and Concert for all listening types. Concert is great for listening to the game while detailing.
