I thought they all had locking caps from the factory. Mine came with one and then when they put door on I had two locking features </div></BLOCKQUOTE>Your H3 came with a locking cap? Wow... did it look any different from the one you got with your gas door? Or is the gas door itself lockable?
what locking gas cap can be used on the h3 ? put on a chrome gas cap door but need a locking cap ? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Tony I got my locking gas cap at Hummer of Novi, it is a GM 1/4 turn and was about $38. It doesn't have to be GM but, it does have to be one of the new 1/4 turn caps.

Whoops! Sorry I guess I did not read the post fully. I realize now that the actual Hummer Fuel door does not lock. I thought they all had locking caps from the factory. Mine came with one and then when they put door on I had two locking features
SOOOORY. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Sounds like a dealer did you a favor.

The Real Wheels website has a plethora of them
Real Wheels Accessories </div></BLOCKQUOTE>Uhmmm... where? Because I only find fuel doors, but no caps (not to speak of LOCKABLE) caps at "Real Wheels".
I bought the original GM lockable cap. Ugly... but gets the job done.
SOOOORY.
will the locking cap interfere with the closing of the chrome gas cap door ? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
No, not at all, it looks like a regular gas cap.
