OK, where in the HELL does a 13 year old get an AK47?????

Even with all of the latest shootings, it doesn't appear that school staff take notice to the comings and goings of anyone entering school campuses. An AK47 under a coat could look like a trombone case on "Music Day" at school. What are they waiting for?!?!?!?!?!?!
