I have had that happen, but it was a big ass wolf spider. Scared the sh!t out of me.

I was taking a shower once at like 4 in the morning cause i had to catch a flight and as im in the shower out of no where a huge spider just comes down from the ceiling hanging right in front of my face, scared the living daylights out of me!

One of the Marines in my reserve unit deployed to Saudi Arabia in 1990-91, Corporal Hartman, developed a itchy red bump on his upper leg a week or so before we came back in April 91. The squid medics gave him some antibiotics or something. I can't recall how long it was after we got back, but it ruptured, and he said hundreds of tiny spiders burst out of his wound-running off in all directions. I'm not terribly afraid of spiders, but that one freaked me out.

OMG! Is that story real?!?!?! I HATE spiders. You'd THINK they'd run the other direction when they'd see someone approaching. I had one come AT me in the bathroom. Ugly.
