I race a CR250f also. Was sponsored by a suzuki dealer and racer them for about 12 years before switching over to Hondas...
JMS, not sure how familiar with high performance 4 strokes, but if you are moto-ing hard, you need to check the engine oil side after avery day of riding, and change every 3 or so rides. Sometimes when I do a lot of hard motos in a day, I have to add oil during the day.

Thanks for the heads up. I was aware of the need to change after 2-3 sessions, but unable to really determine if 1 day of extreme hard riding negated a change of oil. I hope to put in enough time to where I am more comfortable with jumps that involve more than a few feet of air. I was told it take time in the saddle. Thanks again bro.....
