Has U.S. been invaded by an armed force?

This was written in my local paper...

"Quote" This concerns the illegal aliens in the U.S. Since most illegals apparently enter the country through the southern border, would it be unreasonable to consider the U.S. has been invaded by an armed force?

If only 10% of the estimated 12 million illegals in the U.S. posses guns, would that be a slanderous question?

Maybe we should make them fight for this country since they want to come to this country so freaking bad. Do this of course without the benefits that we give those that are legal citizens.
