Default Flip that cabin....

Damn......after lots of hard work the cabin is looking good. We ripped out all of the old carpet, put siding up on the garage, and got the apartment above the garage completed.

The stairs that originally led to the front door of the cabin were very dangerous with no side rail. They got tore out completely and new stairs went up along with a nice new deck for grilling....... ......

The basement has been ripped apart completely. When finished there will be 1 master bed and two sepearate bedrooms upstairs, and 1 master bed with 2 seperate bedrooms downstairs. The apartment above the garage is 850 square feet and has a full service bathroom...the stairs that led up to it were even more dangerous then the stairs at the cabin so we had to rebuild them as well.

All in all the cabin and the property are sweet. We have 60 acres with the pond, and Angie's father purchased the adjacent 60 acres. To the south side of us is Mueller State park which means no one around us for miles.

The location rocks also......lots of good wheeling down in the area that I never really hit up much because of the long drives home......that's no excuse now.....

just a couple more misc. pics.......... We had a CSU marine biologist come out and test the PH levels of the water and see what type of food sources are abundant. The PH levels were perfect, there are tons of fresh water shrimp, minos, and other natural food sources. 400 pounds of 12-14 inch trout were ordered, and 200 pounds of 5-8 inch trout.........gonna be a fishing paradise.....
