Speedo is eratic
Has anyone had this issue? It says im doing 145 on the freeway when im doing maybe 75...at idle it says im doing 45. It is an 04 H2.

hi i had the same problem..with mine... its the motors in the dash cluster ... their are little motors in their that wear out.. i replaced mine for about 10 bucks.. but it took alittle work to take it all apart.. or you can find replacement dash clusters on ebay or repair serice i think will fix it for 100 bucks.. but if your good with takeing things apart you can do it yourself.. the motors are pretty cheap. and the newer motors are not suppose to go bad.

Yep it is a bad stepper motor and I used to be able to buy them for under $10.00 . cant find them any more ,if you find a sorce please let me know.

here is where i got my stepper motors.. nice guy even sent instructions on how to do it.
this is his email. just tell him you need the stepper motors for a H2 .
