Stolen Tow Hooks
I rented an H3 in Vegas drove over to Lake Powell. While out on the houseboat someone stole ALL THREE tow hooks off the H3. Anyone heard of this going on?
I had the full coverage insurance. They were so wrapped up in the cracked windshield(Took a rock east of Zion) they didn't notice the hooks were missing when I turned it in.

Re: Stolen Tow Hooks
Were they at least the chrome tow hooks?
I've heard of the spare tires being stolen, but not the tow hooks.

Re: Stolen Tow Hooks
Maybe someone was looking to swap theirs out for chrome and didn't want to get ripped off by their dealer...
So they ripped you off...

Re: Stolen Tow Hooks
I guess they come off easy enough, unless you have a 06 early build then they got the bolt behind holding them in .and would be difficult to get them off quick.

Who did you rent the H3 from? I recently had a rental piece of junk from National. I would have liked to had an H3, so I would have felt at home.
