Vibrating Mirror Driver Side H3
Any tips on tightening up mirror. Tried adjusting torque screw no change. Or is it a recall thing on a 2006?

Re: Vibrating Mirror Driver Side H3
Learn to shake your head at the same frequency that the mirror is at and the problem will disappear .

Re: Vibrating Mirror Driver Side H3
my passenger side view mirror vibrates, too.
it was the result of a little disagreement with a taxi driver who really wanted my mirror!
he would have succeeded had i not warned him of the pointed can of pepper spray i was about to release in his face!!!
what i have done is shim up the space between the top of the mount and the bottom of the mirror arm. you can anything like: those little rubber adhesive stickem's used for drawer stops or even a folded up match book!
it has reduced the movement of the mirro, but not eliminated when a high speed.
hope this helps!!!

Re: Vibrating Mirror Driver Side H3
Mine has been vibrating, too, during higher speeds on the freeway. Only on the drivers side for me. I'm just living with it... don't want the dealer to mess it up more. Right now I'm going through a replacement of the front drive shaft which sprung a leak. The dealer is waiting on parts from GM. The good thing is that I have had an '08 H3 loaner for a week already.

Real trucks shake and vibrate and make noise--that's what trucks do-it ain't your mamma's buick.
