pricing information
This is my first post so i thought i would ask the experts, We are currently looking at purchasing a new 2007 suv h2 and the dealer in town has quoted me a price based off the following sticker-$62375 Sale price $55208 minus rebates of 8500 total 46707. Since i do get supplier discount he stated they would sell it at gms price and i am assuming the 55208 is gms, I would like to know if we have any more room for discounts on price or does this seem to be and outstanding price. I am a cheap a_ _ so i thought everyone could give me there input. Great forum, Thanks, I hope to be an owner soon

Re: pricing information
Personally, if you are going to get a new H2, why not get the improved 2008?

Re: pricing information
Its all about the money, trying to get the best bang for the buck and hightest fuel does not thrill me to much on the 08

Re: pricing information
these things drink alot of gas so if your a cheap as you may want to look at a diff suv, if you dont care about gas prices just looking for a good deal on a h2 then that sounds pretty good. Although i would go with an 08 because of the 6.2. Although the new interior is nice i like the old interior better, its more hummer.

Re: pricing information
For the sake of depreciation, if you really wanted that good of a deal, I would wait and get a used 08. That way you have the new model, and you let someone else take the first year new buyer hit.
The 07 and older ones are just going to keep going down in value with the new upgrades taking place on the 08

I understand what your saying by that but your really loosing the same amount of money becuase when you sell this you will recieve far less money than when you go to sell the "08 thus equaling out in the end. However i dont know all too much about the prices of the H2 but 46 for a new one seems sick! Welcome to the site

Re: pricing information
Sticker price (in California) for an H2, LUX, would be between $65k-70K, depending on any addt'l options. So, $46K for an '07 LUX is an excellent price, in my opinion.

I agree it is a great price...don't expect that kind of reduction on the price of an 08 though.

I've got about 5000 miles on my 08 and i've burnt nothing but regular fuel in it. No troubles, no issues.
