Battlefield Nano Suit
Ever played the game Crysis? Well, the Armed forces are not too far away from actually having a suit very similar to the one in the game...belive it or not! Dupont and MIT have been working on a system since 2002, the first prototype is very near completion, check out some of the articles:

that suit looks like a costume the boots are simply motorcycle track boots. i call bs altho crysis was a good game.

You can see more about this on Military Channel from last year but, they run it again on rare occasions still.
