Re: wow
I think I only saw 3 HUMMERS out today unlike the last 2 or 3 days when I saw like 6 to 8 a day if not more.

Re: wow
You know, it's funny you mention not getting flipped off. Yesterday, an older couple pulled up behind me and had this serious scowl on their face. They were staring at the truck sitting at the light.
It was wierd how hard they were staring but I figured they probably were constipated.

Re: wow
I got in touch with the earth on Earth Day with a good country road of gravel/mud near Louisiana, MO. It starts out as ashphalt as you leave the bluffs over the Mississippi by hwy 79. Where else can you drive 22 miles, blast through a creek (there was only 6 inches of water over the road through the creek - MO rural route W) pass a few homes and farms and not see another car or vehicle the enitre way except for the first mile through Louisiana, MO. I was amazed to see several bald eagles in the rural area between Louisiana and Clarkesville, perhaps 20 of them.

Re: wow
Then some culture on the way back to the Ozarks at the oldest public library west of the Mississippi, in Clarkesville, MO, but it's only open Thursdays 4 pm to 7pm.
