Default Small Problem........anyone know what this could be?

On my 2007 Hummer H2........I have noticed when i am making turns, it has a "popping sound" almost as if the body is loose from the frame. Its been doing that quit sometime, but I have never taken it to the dealer to get it looked it. I have noticed it seems to be getting worse. It has 30,000 miles on it.

Yesterday, when I was driving my 2008 Hummer H2, I noticed its starting to make the same popping noise.......just not as loud as my 2007.

Its almost like you can feel if under the driver floorboard area with your foot sometimes. It only does it when I am turning. As long as I am going straight, its quiet.........and the popping dont do it on all turns.......but on most turns.

Any ideas? or anyone eles's H2's doing this?

I am gonna take them down to my local Hummer Dealership and have them look at it.

My 08 H2 does the same thing. Let me know what the dealer told you.

Yes, there are threads on this. One has you silicone lubing and adjusting the body mounts and another by HumTech has a fix where you take out the battery and give it a few pops in that area with a rubber mallet. One other was told by the dealer that it's a common problem of oil canning with the floorboards and comes and goes as temperatures change. SUVs seem to do this much more than SUTs. Take your pick!
