I guess the woman thought the H2 would take to long to fill up!
Impatient driver cuts in line, blows up gas station
1 hr ago
A Miami woman's Chevron rage sent a gas station up in flames on Tuesday afternoon. While waiting in line to fill up, an unidentified but aggressively impatient driver attempted to cut ahead of a Hummer but lost control and crashed into the pumps, turning the station into a Michael Bay-worthy ball of fire. CBS4 reports that, amazingly, there were no injuries and, just as amazingly, no charges have been filed yet. Gizmodo wrote that "it is very hard to make the driver of a yellow Hummer look like the sensible one in a confrontation," but we agree that the owner of that now-incinerated SUV seems to have succeeded

I found this absolutely hilarious
Quote:
Which goes to show: It might be a karmically sound policy to screw with Hummer drivers as much as possible, but you should to try to not explode your car in the process.

Re: I guess the woman thought the H2 would take to long to fill up!
Gas prices are going CRAZY here and I saw a line of cars in front of a 7-11 by Eldon, MO that had a sign posted, "Limited supply - new pump hours." I paid $4.04 a gallon for regular on I70 yesterday at a BP station. I hope we don't go back to a situation like the 70s when we had the fuel embargo and at the time I was driving a 1970 Ram Air IV GTO (another car I wish I kept) that got 10 mpg and spent a lot of my life waiting for gas in gas lines.
People seem to panic at these times and sell their big Hummers and big SUVs for a small rice eater they end up regretting a year later. This summer could be a good time to buy another Hummer!
