Midlife is off the scale

I know I saw a newspaper article, several weeks ago, which said that GM was reducing several '06 make base prices. H3 was one of them. I think this was at the end of July, before they announced continuation of the employee pricing on '05 cars. Did this not happen because of the GMED promotion continuing?

A Hummer salesman told me today that GM will reduce base prices on a lot of '06 models after the '05s are sold down some more. What do we know about this. Worth waiting before buying??

I wouldn't be surprised if the H3 price goes up before it goes down actually.

H2 went up in MSRP from 2005 to 2006.

My guess, and that is all that it is, is that GM priced the H3 with their new pricing plans since it was released after GM decided to drop sticker prices on vehicles.
This new pricing plan has been talked about for over six or eight months throughout GM.
Personally, I do not see any price drops for H3, I would bet there will be some package changes in the future (as there already has been).
For what you are getting, the vehicle is pretty darn low in price already.
But this is a guess, I have no idea what the marketing/bean counters are doing.
I would say the H2 might be reduced, but again that is a guess.
