Gang,
Just wanted to take a few seconds of your time to introduce a new product offered to our forum members only at the H2 Source.
The GRANITE CENTER CONSOLE INLAY.
Add a touch of class and improve functionality of your center console with this inlay. Created by "Granite Customs," this inlay installs in seconds with absolutely no modifications. It simply fits but includes powerful double stick tape for a increased stability, if so desired.
This inlay is made of 3/8" actual granite and is offered in 7 colors.
Personally, I think it looks great and is a pretty interesting product. For more information visit:
http://www.h2source.com/h2s1001.htm
Happy New Year to you all.
Regards,
Jason

Since my dogs like to take turns and sit up on the center console (they are in the 70-80 lb. range) I think it would be pretty funny to see them slip on the granite surface ...
nah, I think I'll just stay with the piece of rug I glued to the top.

So where can I get the matching granite seats and headliner?
I hear the optional granite wheels (from the Flintstones Mfg. Co.) are "run flats"!

$175!!!!!!!! Jason, what are you smokin?!
As some of you may know, I'm a _Marble & Granite Importer_, and this is hysterical!
First of all, all standard size Marble / Granite tiles are 3/8" thick....so this is no big deal!
Second, a 12" x 12" tile will fit perfectly in there with a little trimming...if someone is tasteless enough.
How bout I sell you guys over 50 colors for $20 and give Jason a $10 kick-back.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't stop laughing after reading this thread.
$20 makes sence, not $175!

Ya OK BFD,
Cut one down, polish it, package it, and I'll buy one off ya for $20. SUCKA
I'm a glass importer and I'm not as stupid as you are. Better check your salad next time you slop at TAOS. I think the chef is poisoning you.
$0.25 salad sold for $7 at TAOS.......Winner!
Big talker, that's all, just a big talker. Shut up.

How does this "improve functionality"? Does it gives stuff on it a better chance to vibrate and annoy the **** out of every one inside or does it allow it to slid off into the floor easier so it is not heard at all?

Thanks for the heads up, Jason. That looks awesome. I have been thinking about things to put there to stop the wear and tear on the factory vinyl. That may do the trick.

I'm not crazy about it. It looks cheesy and doesn't serve any useful purpose. I think some type of non-skid rubber mat insert would be more useful as you would be able to stow items there without them sliding around.

Maybe I can preprint one and sell it for $1.25 to Jason and he can sell it to you guys for $10 bucks.
Jason, what kind of gun are these guys holding to your head to compel the announcement of this product?
That product is far from trail approved.....
