I got coverage for my H2 through a company called www.warranties4wheels.com and promised the owner I would spread the word to all Hummer owners if he did a great job for me, and he did. Tell Wayne Nancy kept her promise. Thanks.

Never said I lost money, I was speaking for the others that have. RIF please. Hope your friend that you are meeting can talk some common sense into you. This is a waste of time dealing with your foolishness. To joke when people have been screwed out of tens of thousands of dollars shows you do not care for others and you are an idiot.

You made wild claims and accusations, said the FBI was investigating someone. Then you readily admit that you got the information from a competitor but don't bother offering the information as any proof to back your claims.

You post some woman's name who is some kook that will do palm readings over the phone and claim it was from the mystery email but said you checked everything out and made the calls yourself. Yeah, right!

You further defame buy attempting to suggest that the owner of Exotic is hiding and using a fake address or something. Funny, I just looked and on the website it shows a physical address in Florida.

Things are quite simple. You are the one making the allegations, prove them. You don't get the ability to make unfounded allegations just for the hell of it, especially here. You say you have the proof, so provide it. Now, even if you do have some proof to back up even a portion of anything you've said. An investigation DOES NOT equal guilt and you have simply defamed someone and their business in an attempt to advance another.

You have it signed by him on the posting dont you? Looks like he was the one posting the garbage. You have all the facts, call Florida and Alabama. Blue Hummer should be ashamed of selling this theives coverage. Dozens and Dozens of complaints by dealers as well as individuals that have been ripped off. Are you to slow to dial a phone and substantiate the facts? I did!

Thank you.

Oh, that's insurance... How about Honda factory warranties? Or Ford, GM, Toyota, etc?

I suppose you could say that ALL of the warranty providers are under "investigation" in one or more states.

Hell, I've filed claims against some of them. I guess everyone should just forget any warranty coverage on their vehicles.

Are you saying that warranties4wheels has 0 pending investigations anywhere? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Nice first post ... I'm liking this site more and more every day. It will still be a while before I can get my first Hummer but the well established members here call it as they see it and don't back down. Kudos PARAGON!

In case you are wondering, when I looked up the name you gave this is what came up and where the above information came from. Seeing as how you are a little slow.

You guys have way to much time on your hands! Ask Ben about his former employee Judy who is cooperating with the investigation. You fail to mention that he does use the Alabama address!
Addresses:

The Exotic Warranty Company
3809 Manatee Ave E.
Bradenton, FL 34208

Fidelity Worldwide Corporation
5853 Atlanta Hwy #386
Montgomery, AL 36117

These companies are one in the same. He is a self insured product with no financial backing to indemnify himslef fo r the long haul? What more do you need, to get screwed first and lose people their money? Everyone associated with this forum should know what a fool you are? Did you call? I posted all the information. You are no it all that knows nothing!Check the http://www.bbb.org as well. You have names, numbers and facts! Is Blue Hummer not paying you enough to answer all the questions. Your 6000 posts are nothing when you are paid to do it seems. You are uneducated on the subject. "Better to remain silent and thought a fool then speak out and remove all doubt". Heed that wisdom. EVERYONE DO YOUR OWN CHECKING AND DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE, DO YOUR OWN DUE DILLIGENCE! NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED! THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH! GOOD LUCK.

Hey Einstein, Dave didn't post that here. I quoted something he said elsewhere in case you were too slow to figure that one out.

Blue Hummer and/or Dave hasn't posted anything here trying to sell anything, period. Try again.

If Wayne emailed you the information, why not post it up to back it up instead of the unfounded accusations.

You asked for facts, got them and did not act, hmmm.

All I will say is that anyone that would listen to an ass like you deserves to lose their money.
You and everyone else that was flippant about this is a disgrace.

Once again you cannot read. Claims are and were not paid on covered issues and refunds were not sent out to folks after the offically cancelled their agreements 2 completely seperate isuues. Check Florida law, that is illegal to not return funds and not follow the language of the agreement. Ever heard of a fraudulent scheme to defraud the public? We will se who laughs last. This is just a big joke to some of you, that is fine. When you get screwed over, bend over and smile about it smart guys!

You say we have way to much time on our hands but then you say we should call ourselves. So which is it. If I had enough time on my hands then I would call but I haven't called so that means that I do not have too much time on my hands.

Nancy wrote: "I wanted the facts. That is not bad mouthing anyone if it is the truth, and it was. I have 2 claims and no problems. Thanks."

Wanting facts and telling us information which you got from a competing company is not the same thing.

BTW you said you knew some people that have not had claims paid, who are they.

Also don't bad mouth Dave. He is an asset to the Hummer Community and without people like him Hummer Owner would have to rely on bad dealers to get work done. Thank goodness I live close to a REAL Hummer Dealer.
